In this episode all the characters learn to use different ideas and the benefits of napping and sleeping. The dreamlike qualities of the music in "Bedtime", "Sleepytime", and "Dream" help the characters use their imaginations to think of good things when sleeping, while "Hold Still" teaches the characters how to have fun while getting ready for bed.
