Jackie has a one-on-one workout with Rebecca, a flirty, sexy trainer at Sky Sport & Spa. After her session, Rebecca shows a picture of her boyfriend's penis to pop star Jody Watley, who is working out with another trainer, Doug. Erika, another trainer and Jackie's "second in command," reports the incident to Jackie. Jackie tells the trainers that she's planned a retreat for them in Palm Springs, but now has to break the news to Mimi. Jackie and Mimi go out to dinner, but Mimi's upset that she's the last one to hear about the retreat. Back at the gym, Jackie trains actor Alex Quinn and confronts Rebecca about the penis incident. The male trainers, led by Brian Peeler, plan an initiation hazing for new trainer Jesse at the retreat. After their arrival in Palm Springs, Jackie puts the trainers through a tough boot camp workout. Jackie and the trainers hang out in the hot tub, but when Rebecca leaves for a massage, Jesse jokingly calls her a "slut." Later that night, Peeler fills Rebecca in on the gossip. A drunk Rebecca confronts Jesse, who proclaims that he has nothing but "the utmost respect for sluts and whores." Peeler, doubting the sincerity of Jesse's apology, confronts him about the comment. Even though the two resolve their differences, the male trainers carry out their "initiation," covering Jesse in shaving cream. The next morning over breakfast, a guilty Jackie tells the trainers she didn't call Mimi the night before. There’s hell to pay when Mimi confronts Jackie at her home later that day. Jackie attempts to calm the situation, but Mimi storms out of the house, announcing that their differences are too great for the relationship to continue.
