When Sasha goes away, she leaves The Flea Bite Cafe in Charlie's and Itchy's paws. Charlie wants to take the opportunity to make some quick bones, and ignores all of Sasha's "rules." After some disastrous schemes, Charlie arranges for his old pals, the Blues Hounds, to perform at the cafe. But Carface has to front him the money. On the night of the big show, the place is sold out, but the Blues Hounds are no where to be seen. Probably because Killer has sidetracked them to Montana! Charlie and Itchy don disguises and perform, only to be discovered at the end of a song. The crowd demands its money back, and Carface take possession of Sasha's things. Carface opens his own restaurant, but Charlie and Itchy, disguised as Health Inspectors, close it down. They reinstate Sasha's things back to her place.
