Story of 2 men, framed for murder by a corrupt policeman, attempting to clear their good names whilst avoiding the law during the Goldrush era of the 1850s Victoria, Australia. They are harboured and helped by a sympothetic widow at her highland homestead. As Serge Lazareff (Cash) was replaced by Gerard Kennedy in the 2nd season, the show changed it's name to Tandarra.
