Russ celebrated his 21st Birthday. Tom was still refusing to go to school. Max invited OB to join him and Tom in the new flat. Sam refused to go to Russ's 21st birthday meal because of Mr. Owen's presence. Russ was mad at Sam's pig-headedness even though Sam still felt betrayed. Frankie dressed to impress for her date with the plumber. Frankie's date was also drop dead gorgeous. Steph and Zara battled with Louise over class and social status. Russ, Carrie and Nicole went to Russ's birthday meal, Sam secretly followed along and watched his dad greet the family. The other Owens' made excuses to Mr. Owen about Sam. Carrie surprised Russ with a state-of-the-art Snowboard and Mr. Owen gave him rock climbing vouchers, to do together. Craig happily watched Frankie's date, it went perfectly until Frankie wouldn't stop talking. Steph and Zara felt upset and hatched a plan to expose Jeremy.
