Matt has spent hours waxing his surfboard that will probably never see the sea again! Martin is desperate for a girlfriend, Mandy is dating a boxer, Matt reckons he could have him in a fight, but it's obvious Matt is intmidated by him and to make matters worse Paul slams his beer bottle down on Matt's surfboard mistaking it for a table. At the Indian takeaway Martin meets Nancy and American and arranges a date with her. That night Mandy has to share Martin's bed as Paul is asleep across hers. ""Big Wednseday"" - Martin is out on his date with Nancy whilst att and Mandy stay in to watch Paul's fight. Mandy begins to doubt her relationship with Paul and the inevitable paparazzi backlash. Martin gets back early from his date, was great until they got to her place and he realised he didn't have any condoms and got lost on the way back from the chemists. Paul wins his fight. Martin sets himself on fire with his own cigarette singeing his nipple. Matt laughs at him prompting Mandy
