Capt. Peachfuzz has been hit with a mysterious kind of gas. While Capt. Peachfuzz watched TV, Rocky and Bullwinkle follow mysterious footprints. At the end of the prints, Boris waits with a gun filled with ""Goof Gas"", a product from Pottsylvania which is guaranteed for them to take over the U.S. of A. Boris then sprays Rocky and Bullwinkle with goof gas, and now, amazingly, Rocky's as dumb as a stump!Fortunately, Bullwinkle remains the same. Boris's next move, to spray Narrator, who then forgets the rest of the plot. Boris and Natasha then head towards Cape Carnivorous while Rocky and Capt. Peachfuzz come back to normal. Boris and Natasha have goof gased the brightest minds of our country! So, Rocky has Bullwinkle alley-oop him into the air to stop them. Unfortunately, Rocky was flying too fast, the friction started burning his fur off. Rocky stops Boris and Natasha, and is left a naked squirrel.
