Boris and Natasha are in Lake Palle de Bain looking for a $1000 treasure of the old racecar driver Monte Zoom. Boris decides to blow up the dam, but Natasha doesn't think it's a good idea. Meanwhile, Rocky and Bullwinkle are bird watching when Rocky hears about the dam going to be blown up. So he and Bullwinkle rush to the lake to arrive in the ""tah-dah knick of time!"" Boris tries to think of another plan, when he realizes there's a plug in the lake. Bullwinkle finds in a stranded rowboat the famous actor: Spencer Traceback, who is really Boris in disguise. He has Bullwinkle help him reel in a big fish, which is really the lake's plug. Once the plug is pulled, Boris pushes Bullwinkle into the lake and gets sucked down the drain. Rocky follows after when Boris plugs up the now dried lake. Bullwinlkle and Rocky end up shooting out of someone's shower fauset and they ride a bike built for 2 to the dried up lake where.
