Rocky and Bullwinkle continue fishing for Maybe Dick, using a telephone pole as a fishing pole. But Rocky has the funniest feeling that their being watched, until Capt. Peachfuzz spots a ""peeping tom off the port bow"". Then the three spot a giant eye on the ocean surface, it then disappears and a giant metal tube pops up and shoots water at the Athasbasco in an attempt to sink it. Bullwinkle rows out and ties it in a knot stopping the water, when the eye pops back up; he grabs it, and gets pulled underwater. Rocky puts on his diving gear to find Bullwinkle, but it's too merky to see, so he tries to swim back to the surface only to find the diving gear is too heavy, and if he takes it off, he'll drown before he gets to the surface. Rocky continues searching until two giant mechanical claws grab him. Hearing Rocky cry for help, Capt. Peachfuzz ignores the fact that he might have his own show and dives down in his diving gear to save him, leaving the Athabasco to disappear.
