In the kitchen, the 'losers'' family photos are lined up along the Perspex barrier dividing the kitchen table. The 'losers' were told earlier that they can look at the photos but not touch them. Elle is chatting to the 'winners' about her friends and without thinking she grabs a photo to show the others. BB calls her to the diary room. When Elle leaves the diary room and bursts into tears. Wesley asks her what's wrong and she says a lot of things are getting to her at the moment. She says being told off by BB was just the final straw. She says she's already finding it hard being separated from some of the HMs. She adds that some other HMs are getting on her nerves, saying: ""There's people here who annoy the crap out of me."" Wesley asks who she's talking about and Elle whispers: ""Terri."" Elle dries her tears then tells the other HMs that she's in trouble with Big Brother. They think it's ridiculous that Elle got in trouble just for touching a photo.
