As if nearly losing her heart in her birthday wasn't painful enough for Serena, now she must surrender it to the Heart- Snatcher in order to bring Tuxedo Mask back! (Talk about double painful elimination for one day!)
Determined to save her love, Serena set out to Tokyo Tower with Amara and Michelle, while the rest of the Scouts had to come after them. En route, Amara and Michelle talk with Serena about the aspect of sacrifices. From there, Serena recalled that Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune often said the same thing during their battles, and suspected that they were Amara and Michelle! She also said that no matter how things turned out, she wouldn't be happy if she or anyone sacrifices for nothing, and she wanted to find alternative to sacrifices, so that no one gets hurt.
As Serena rushed to the Tokyo Tower, Michelle wondered whether or not it was a good idea, but Amara regretted that they had no other choices left, and Serena must be sacrificed. Meanwhile, the Inner Scouts arrived
