Keroro's latest scheme involves making Dororo give ninja lessons to raise money for the platoon. When nobody actually signs up for said lessons, Keroro makes the rest of the platoon learn Dororo's ninja arts instead - but none of them seem to be serious about learning anything. To make matters worse, 556 sees their ninja lessons as competition against his own attempt to give Space Detective lessons, and tries to shut the operation down.
After Natsumi's radio show was interrupted by 556's invasion, it gets interrupted yet again by a pterodactyl flying into her room - it turns out that Keroro, inspired by a certain Hollywood movie, is using Keronian technology to clone dinosaur DNA and open a theme park featuring said dinosaurs. Using Kururu's mind control apparatus, Keroro has tamed a tyrannosaurus into doing his bidding, but an accident causes the mind control cone to come off the T-Rex's head (and onto Giroro's head), causing it to run wild through the underground base.
