Laura tells Stefan she truly did love him once but no longer trusts him. Delighted to stumble over the legal papers her mother received, Maxie tells a weeping Felicia that she and Georgie both want to live with Mac from now on. Though Luke urges his son to reconsider, Lucky signs a sworn statement clearing Helena of all charges and the police commissioner declares the case closed. After Luke storms out, Mac reminds Lucky he can retract his statement any time he chooses to do so. Andreas summons Stefan to the yacht. After Felicia sobs out her sad story, Luke takes her to a hotel room to calm down. Helena slips the knock-out drops into Stefan's glass of wine, then invites her son to join her in a toast to their long overdue reconciliation. Luke and Felicia give in to temptation and make love. Helena lifts her glass in triumph as her son suddenly crumples to the floor.
