A jury must decide if it's murder or a mistake after Leonard Taylor, a man with a brain disease that distorts vision, shoots and kills his own brother Brian, when the sibling enters his home in the middle of the night. As Jill and Jimmy clash over his motives, Ginny is romanced by Dr Vernon Leaky, a specialist on the brain condition who arrives in Rome for the trial.
