Story 1: Azuki Arai
Momosuke Yamaoka, a children's novelist, is seeking refuge on a stormy night when he comes across a store in the middle of the woods. There he meets a monk named Enkai, who is hiding a dark secret. They spend the night at the shop with 3 others. Mataichi, Ogin and the owner, Tokuemon. That night Enkai is being haunted by his dreams.. He goes off in the halls only to find the ghost of the child he killed. The owner and the 2 other guests reveal themselves as the Mataichi trio and kill Enkai for his crime. Before leaving, the trio informs Momosuke to stay away from them if he wants to remain safe...
