Sweep writes a song for a radio competition. Matthew thinks he has no chance. They all listen to the result and Sweep wins! Matthew starts being really nice to Sweep, and wants to be his manager. Matthew, Sooty and Sweep are outside in a park and a photographer comes and takes photos of Sweep and Matthew tells the photographer that he is Sweep's bodyguard and Matthew ends up with a black eye. Matthew, Sooty and Sweep gets chased by Sweep's fans and they run into a recording studio where Alvin Stardust is in and they sing a song all about Sweep.
