St. Louis was not used to winning all the time, but they were 7-1 and hosting the defending NFC Champions. Minnesota was 6-2 and still eager to keep its winning tradition going. It was no accident that the Vikes' defense set the stage in the second half, forcing three turnovers in a come-from-behind 28-24 win.
