Ryo and Kaori are out shopping and the other Jetman are there to since they have nothing better to do. The Jetman get into two elevators but while they're going down, there's a power outage & the Jetman are stuck in the elevator's. When Gai and Kaori are trapped on one elevator and the other Jetman are trapped on another, Gai asks Kaori why she's so crazy about Ryo and not head -over-heels for a guy like himself. Kaori tells Gai that he's too much of a wild card for her taste. Before this message can sink in though, the power comes back on, and the Jetman have more pressing matters to attend to. A meteor has fallen to Earth and the Jetman automatically assume that Radiguet is behind it. So imagine the Jetman's surprise when they see that Radiguet has appeared at the landing site of the meteor and tells the Jetman that he wants to deal with the meteor himself as it not only poses a threat to him, it poses a threat to the Jetman as well.
