Raita, the Yellow Jetman Ranger, is fancying himself up for a day in downtown Tokyo with his old flame Satsuki. Satsuki however, does not act the way in which Raita remembers her. Meanwhile, people all over Japan are acting very strange thanks to the Vyram's latest monster, whom with his special sewing abilities, transforms ordinary clothes into personality changing clothes, making anybody who wears those clothes a prisoner of what their clothes are supposed to represent? Can Raita help the other Jetman stop this monster and still maintain a relationship with his main squeeze?
