I have come to the conclusion that there was no NFL Game of the Week for Week 2 of the 2003 season. This despite the excellent show Dallas and the Giants displayed on Monday night, Sept. 15. NFL Network as we know it, did not sign on until Nov. 4, 2003, halfway into the 2003 season.
