Out in the estuary is the notorious gangster named Johnny Cuba hatching a plan. When Zebedee looks for ships to tow before the high winds start, he finds Cuba. Cuba was once a friend of Captain Zero. Cuba bullies Zebedee who takes him into an old dock.
Princess Alice arrives in Bigg City Port and the Star Fleet have to tow her in. The high winds have started but the Star Fleet need one more tug to help them. When it seems no one can help them Zebedee who had helped Ten Cents and Sunshine with Scuttle Butt Pete earlier on, comes to the rescue to help the stars.
Zebedee goes back to Cuba but Hercules discovers him. When Cuba makes an attempt to make a get away. Zebedee jams into him and he is captured.
Ten cents and Sunshine thank Zebedee for what he did and asks him if he wants to join the Star Fleet but he refuses.
