When Kei is outside at night after dinner, he witness a whorpol, forming in the middle of the lake and gets chased by an alien. When he goes to school the next day, he meets his new homeroom teacher, Mizuho Kazami only to discover shes the alien that chased him last night, and also shes his new neighbor.
