Jack returns to the Ying Yang world where he frees the most evil force of evil--Hannibal Bean, an evil so terrifying that if he didn't exist, he would have to be invented--and yet an evil no bigger than a pinto bean. Imprisoned in the parallel universe, Hannibal's strapped to a chair, his face covered by a leather mask. Jack tries to make Hannibal an ally, only to discover that he's one mean bean who shares no allegiance to anyone.
