"OPERATION: C.A.B.L.E.-T.V." A kid's cable network
executive believes the KIDS NEXT DOOR would be perfect for
their own show on his "kid-centric" network, but when the
exec's nefarious motives are revealed, the KND decide not to
follow the program. "OPERATION: C.A.M.P." NUMBUH ONE suspects
that the neighborhood kids shipped off to summer camp are being
brainwashed by the camp's evil commander. His daring rescue
mission hits a snag, however, when NUMBUH TWO and NUMBUH THREE
suddenly have new priorities.
