A. Ickis is in the middle of projecting a botched scare on the viewfinder when The Gromble sees something on the screen that makes him turn white as a sheet-- the red delivery van of Dick Jolly of ""Jolly Rooter Sewer Service."" Years earlier The Gromble tried to scare Jolly but was thwarted by Jolly's horrible ""sewer eater"" (the Roto-Rooter machine). The Gromble takes Ickis, Krumm and Oblina on a misguided search for Jolly.
B. Oblina is left in charge when the Gromble goes off to the Annual Academy Teachers Convention, and power goes to her head.
