In the aftermath of Episode Four, search and rescue operations are underway for missing Viper pilot Kara Thrace. Sharon Valerii and Crashdown retrieve battered rookie pilot Constanza, but when they bring him back to Galactica, he is foggy on the details and provides only limited information. He claims that Kara was alive when the Cylon Raider hit her, but has no idea where she is now. Commander Adama and Lee Adama don't care how unlikely her chance of survival is - they intend to find Kara and bring her home.
