Traumatised serial killer Jim Keller has escaped and is widening his scope of victims to include anyone who gets in his way. The OSC must find him and stop him before he kills again and DC Mark Rivers, determined to put past mistakes behind him, finds his own life in danger as he tries to persuade Keller to end the carnage.
