Chloe acts like it's no big deal that there is a screaming banshee upstairs, and when she refuses to get involved, Nancy is suspicious that the glue in Mimi's shampoo isn't an accident. Mimi can't open the doors, so Nancy hits upon the idea of using a ladder to climb up to the bathroom window, but can't get in all the way.
