Ethel brings the governor to Brickleberry for a political rally and Woody pisses her off. When the rangers wake up the following morning to a superhighway running through Brickleberry, Woody sets out to unseat the governor. Ethel cannot let that stand, so she opposes Woody, until the Hazelhurst militia that Connie is helping Bobby and BoDean with, under Malloy's influence, decides to kill the winner of the race. When that happens, Ethel and Woody do their very best to lose the election.
