Eric invites the British Council bake club to his house to teach them some French patisserie.
He also visits Burgh Island in Devon where Agatha Christie worked on many of her novels. Eric is challenged to create a cake for their mardis gras celebrations that draws on the island's history and the art deco architecture of the hotel for inspiration.
