Baby Huey invites himself to fellow duckling Oscar's birthday party, but he's not welcome. The little ducks invite him to play "Pin the Tail on the Donkey." They blindfold him and send him outside. Meanwhile, the hungry Fox decides to throw Huey a "party" of his own. The Fox shows up at Oscar's party with a gift. The ducks know him and try to fight back. Baby Huey hears the fight and returns to whip the Fox. Now he's a welcome guest at the birthday party.
