Jen and Dan dated for seven years before getting married. Their sex life practically came to a halt on their honeymoon and has been sporadic ever since, leaving Dan feeling angry and unloved. Jen devotes all of her time to being a stay-at-home mom, further isolating Dan as she puts sex on the back burner. The fighting between the couple has escalated over the years. With the couple at their wits end, Dr. Berman arrives to help them find new communication-strategies and ways to help them create a feeling of teamwork at a ropes course.
