Mother-of-two Kelly tells her story of how a tummy tuck and liposuction performed in Germany left her with a life threatening infection that came close to killing her. Can the Ugly Face of Beauty's team of expert surgeons help? Meanwhile Dr Christian presents teens at a London secondary school with the reality of a tummy tuck gone wrong, and invites them to suggest surgical procedures that might be contemplated for a size 10 woman. Dr Christian also meets Nanette, who suffered at the hands of a Belgian surgeon when he left her with a botched breast enlargement. Christian tracks down the man responsible to get answers for Nanette. And over in Spain, journalist Polly Hudson meets Essex wife Hayley who has travelled to the Spanish clinic to have her second breast enlargement. With her husband by her side, Hayley is very relaxed about the surgery, so relaxed in fact she decides to have her nipples removed and recreated too.
