As you head up north, high in the mountains, beer making is actually quite a prominent part of the region's culture. But you don't only drink beer with your food; you cook with it! Joe and Tanya will visit the Pfefferlechner artisanal brewery in a scenic Tyrolean location that evokes the Austrian Alps.
