Ashley helps Zoe pull together her shoot called "Worth the Splurge" where three real women pick one item they will splurge on this season, while Joyce asks Talita to take notes for her at the Banana Republic fashion show and a fabulous red carpet even with actress Susan Sarandon. Meanwhile, tension continues to build between Samantha and Talita leading up to an intense confrontation in the "Marie Claire" offices.
