Shinobu's twisted sister, Nagisa, and her henchmen have kidnapped a child in an effort to get revenge on Shinobu for past offenses. The gang of four must combine forces to defeat her. Shinobu is not pleased with his sister, as she had previously kidnapped Mitsuru and stripped him to his underwear.
