Andrew Withers is in charge of a fast food franchise which his father started back in the 1960s and now has outlets all around the country. Andrew is very passionate about the SFC brand and even though he realises that the company is in need of an overhaul, he feels at odds with the carefully constructed image he has spent years developing for the brand in 70 countries overseas. Andrew goes undercover to discover why the company's 200 franchises in the United Kingdom aren't living up to his expectations.
